Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada only.

Shipping charges

• Orders over $75 CAD (before taxes) ship free.
• Orders under $75 CAD pay a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
• Club packages marked "free shipping" ship free.

When your order ships

Most orders leave our warehouse in Montréal within 2 business days.

Items with a custom name, number, embroidery or initials, and club kit made for your club, take a little longer because they are printed or made to order. Team orders sent for review ship once we confirm them.

Delivery time

Delivery time after shipping depends on your address and the carrier. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delivery problems

Check that your address is correct before you pay. If a parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving, email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out with the carrier.

If we do not deliver within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you (or within 30 days of your order if we gave no date), you may cancel the order and get a full refund, as the Quebec Consumer Protection Act allows.
